As the legal assistant at Our Children's Trust, I am honored to support our mission in fighting for the rights of young people in the face of the climate crisis every day. 

I've struggled, like so many of my young peers with climate anxiety—fear and distress about climate change and its impact on human existence. Coupled with the anxiety around our political system, like so many of our youth plaintiffs, I know first-hand that it is easy to feel overwhelmed and concerned about the future.

But here is the thing, we are not helpless. Our Children's Trust is making real change happen. Through our diverse docket of state, federal and global court cases with support from our skilled legal team along with experts in engineering, medicine, energy, economics, among other fields, we are ensuring that youth voices are heard in the United States and around the world and that meaningful change happens.
