Today, two billion children’s lives are threatened by rising temperatures, extreme weather events, and environmental degradation. But there is hope. Our Children’s Trust, an incredible organization empowering young leaders to secure their legal rights to a safe, livable climate. These youth plaintiffs are taking bold action in courtrooms around the world—holding governments accountable and demanding policies that prioritize children and the planet over corporate and political interests.

As a member of the communications team at Our Children’s Trust, I’m proud to help amplify the voices of the youth plaintiffs leading the charge for climate justice. From Held v. State of Montana to Navahine v. Hawai‘i Department of Transportation and Juliana v. United States, I’ve worked to secure critical media coverage for these landmark cases. By elevating these stories in the press, we highlight the role these youth plaintiffs play in driving meaningful change for the future of our planet.
